Reimagine is an AI-powered image transformation service that allows users to transform their photos into various artistic styles. The Service includes:

Photo transformation into 60+ art styles
Avatar generation for social media platforms
Image modification using text prompts
Download and sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the security of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

New accounts receive 3 free credits upon signup
Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Upload images containing illegal content
Upload images of minors without parental consent
Upload images you do not have the right to use
Generate content that is hateful, violent, or discriminatory
Create deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent our security measures
Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when your photos are deleted.

Generated Images

You own the images generated through our Service for personal and commercial use, subject to any third-party rights in the original content. You may use generated images for:

Personal use (social media, prints, etc.)
Commercial projects (with appropriate rights to the original)
Creative works and artistic expression

Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Reimagine and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reimagine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
Unused credits will be forfeited
We may delete your account data

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
